Class Attendance
Years 1-5: Family Catechesis meets 1 Saturday a month at 4pm
Years 6-8: Confirmation Preparation meets the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of the month at 4 pm
We understand that family events and illnesses may prevent your son/daughter from attending every class. However, since our in person classes are so few, our policy is as follows:
Students in Years 1-5 program - 3 absences
Students in Years 6-8 program - 5 absences
For our Homeschool families, ALL enrolled students and a parent are required to attend ALL three of the homeschool meetings in order to move onto the next grade.
Mass Attendance
Mass attendance is recorded for Years 1 through 8 as one measure of sacramental readiness. Attendance is tracked using CFD Mass Intention cards, which can be downloaded from our website or by clicking the link below.
We encourage all students in our CFD program to attend Mass regularly. Regular attendance is an integral part of our faith formation program. Specifically, for Years 1, 2, 7, and 8, students are required to attend 14 Masses between October and April.
